To make purchasing easier, simply choose the plan that best matches your reality. At the time of scheduling, we'll request photos, measurements, and a few details to confirm everything fits.
If your space turns out to be a bit different on service day, you can either pay the difference and upgrade your plan, or pay only the one-time difference for that specific service and keep your current plan untouched.
Carpet pricing is based on the number of bedrooms. Extras such as stairs and loft are billed separately on the day of service, and can also be covered through an Add-on for the stairs and loft area.

Get StartedYes. Our memberships are based on a 12-month commitment, which is what allows us to guarantee member-only pricing and priority scheduling throughout the year. If you ever need to cancel early, it depends on whether you've already used any of your services. If you haven't used any service yet, you can cancel with one of two options: 1) pay an early termination fee equivalent to 1.5 monthly payments upfront, or 2) pay 2 additional installments on the regular due dates. If you've already started using your services, cancellation requires paying the full remaining value of the contract. In all cases, the contract and service end immediately upon cancellation.
We use professional-grade, low-toxic products that are safe for children and pets. We also follow a strict service-day protocol to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in your home.
Absolutely! Members who combine plans enjoy additional discounts. For example, you can have an Upholstery + Carpet membership for complete fabric and floor care at a special bundled rate.
No problem at all. Please notify us at least 3 days in advance whenever possible, and the new date will be scheduled according to our availability. Sessions can be rescheduled within the same billing period.

Yes. If you're not 100% satisfied with any service, we'll come back and re-do it at no additional cost. Your happiness is our priority.
